Time Consciousness Mentoring

You arrive feeling scattered, reactive, and like your days are running you. You leave with a working daily practice of conscious time use — and the felt experience of commanding your day instead of reacting to it.

You've noticed you're drifting. You're ready to live more intentionally. This is the path.

This is a relationship, not a service.

This is one-on-one mentoring — which means I'm meeting you where you actually are, not walking you through a curriculum. Each week, we work with what's real in your life that week. You'll get personalized guidance, real-time problem-solving, and someone in your corner who understands the work deeply. The six-week arc gives us a defined beginning, middle, and end — time enough to build a genuine working practice and feel the shift from reaction to command. By the end, you won't just understand conscious time use; you'll experience what it feels like to actually command your day.

As your mentor, I'll teach when you need knowledge, ask when you need clarity, counsel when you need direction, and walk alongside you the whole way.

This work is rooted in the foundational principles developed by Bern Moses, a behavioral scientist and my mentor of many years. I'm refining and adapting his work through my own mentoring practice.
